Payment

Paying online

Payment is handled by Stripe. You pay by card (and any other method shown at checkout), in euros. Loopbuild never stores your card details.

Your order summary shows the price of the items, delivery and any Loopbuild fee before you pay.

When the seller is paid

The seller receives the money only after marking your order as delivered.

Direct payment

Some sellers take payment directly. For these products you send a purchase request; once the seller accepts it, you see their payment details, pay them directly, create the order, and send proof of payment in the chat.

Returns and problems

Sales are made between you and the seller, and the seller's terms apply to returns and refunds. Contact the seller from your order first.
